What We Offer
Dynamic warm-up: Stretching, running, and newer performance techniques to improve the athlete's speed, agility, balance and strength, while also reducing the risk of injury.
Stick skill drills: Emphasis on the fundamentals of stick work, the foundation for being a good player.
Stations: Small group rotations where athletes' skills are honed, developed, and matured with a variety of specialized techniques, taught from a variety of coaching perspectives and styles.
Team Concepts: Learning how to play attack, midfield and defensive play as a team.
Transition Work: Learning how to transition the ball requires speed, smarts, and practice…These concepts will be taught and rehearsed.
Individual Attention: Each player will be able to receive individual attention from coaches in order to work on specific skills and personal needs.
